Our production facilities feature a pharmaceutical grade bin system designed to help eliminate the possibility of direct and cross-contamination. The stainless steel bins reduce exposure and the need to transfer materials from one container to another, and they reduce the amount of handling our products experience. After use, each bin is cleaned in special bin-washing rooms. Using filtered water, we wash each bin with detergent and pure water rinses. Clean bins are then taken to a specially constructed drying room, which is heated to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. HEPA-filtered air eliminates the chance of contamination as the bins dry.

Bin charging, or mixing, begins in the Issuing Room where tested and approved raw materials are measured. Each ingredient passes through a conical mill, which ensures that any clumps are sifted into fine powder. The conical mills empty into a tube leading to a collection bin. Once all raw materials for a formula are loaded into the bin, it is weighed and compared to specifications to verify that the formula is complete. The bin is then sealed with an airtight lid to keep out dust or any other airborne particles as it is transported within the facility. This not only protects against foreign contamination, it prevents cross contamination from product to product and ensures our formulas are pure and clean from start to finish.

UK October Training Event with Synergy Team Member and MBE Grace Vanterpool

Join us for our monthly training event which takes place at the Park Inn, Heathrow on Saturday, 12 October.

We are excited to announce that a very special guest, Grace Vanterpool, MBE, will join us for this meeting. Grace is a nurse consultant in diabetes and Synergy Team Member. In 2006 she became Nurse of the Year and received an MBE for her work raising awareness of diabetes. Grace is the only African Caribbean nurse consultant in diabetes in the UK. “It’s amazing really, because diabetes affects all people but particularly African Caribbean and Asian people,” she said.

Grace has received numerous awards:
2003 - NHS and Kings Fund Champions Award Services to diabetes patients
2004 - Chief Executive Award (Thames Valley)
2005 - Nursing Standard Community Nurse of the Year
2006 - (March) Nursing Standard Nurse of the Year (overall award)
2006 - MBE in the Birthday Honours List

Grace works closely with patients, GPs and practice nurses, as well as training students and clinicians, to provide high-quality care. She also works to ensure that all local services for people with diabetes provide the same standards of care.

Mohneesh Jindal: Making strides in Ireland

Since joining Synergy WorldWide in March of 2013, Mohneesh Jindal has displayed all the characteristics we pride ourselves in at Synergy. Currently a Bronze Team Member, Mohneesh is recognized by colleagues for his professionalism, his positive outlook and the example he sets for others in his team. We are thrilled to have him aboard as a driving force in our Ireland market!

How were you introduced to Synergy and what attracted you? 

I was introduced by a client of mine who wasn't involved in Synergy but that asked me to speak to one of his friends who had an exciting opportunity. Because he was a client of mine, I said yes!

The biggest thing that attracted me was that the system Synergy has in place is easy to use and can be easily duplicated. I also liked the idea of not having to retail the product if I didn't want to. It was just one of the options.

Which is your favourite product and why?

To be honest, no individual one is my favourite. I really love the idea of the synergistic effect when taking all the three products on a daily basis.

What is a typical day for you when you are building your business?

I don't really have a typical day. I just enjoy what I do so I don't feel this is work at all. For me it’s like enjoying a nice meal each day, and now, in the same way, I just enjoy talking to people each day. It's really, really important to enjoy what you do … you will be much happier. Have fun talking to people and changing people's lives for the better, whether it's about their health or showing them a business opportunity.

What would you say has been the biggest factor in your success so far?

I would definitely say the help I’ve received from my upline, as well as other amazing people within the company—Fintan Duggan, Keith Robinson, James Moylan and Mandy Blaney. We always talk about teamwork and it definitely would have been more difficult without the help of the quality people around me. If you don't have support around, it is so important that you ask someone for help. A helping hand is never too far away. We are all one team at the end of the day, no matter which country and city you’re building your business in! We come together consistently, and show why this is the best company with the best people. This creates an amazing business environment to work in.

In May we welcomed Dr. Matthew Tripp, Ph.D., as the new Chief Scientific Officer—an integral leader at our manufacturing facility. In just a few weeks, thousands of Synergy distributors from Europe, Asia, North America and Australia, will unite in one of the largest cities in the world for the 2013 Global Summit. Seoul, Korea, is a megacity packed with the excitement of booming business, but still holds onto its cultural history. We can’t wait to experience Seoul’s vivacious city life with you as we celebrate a triumphant year at Synergy WorldWide.

All of the Summit’s events and meetings will be held in the stunning COEX Convention Center. This meeting place is right in the heart of Seoul’s Gangnam District. Here you will witness inspiring cultural performances and watch as Team Members share their talents on stage. You will also receive insightful training and learn about what Synergy has in store for 2014. The Global Summit would not be complete without applauding our Team Members who made huge strides in rank advancements.

We are privileged to announce this year’s distinguished guest speakers. Each speaker brings great influence and knowledge to Synergy WorldWide, and we are excited to hear the messages they have to share with you.

Synergy’s four Double Presidential Executives will be highlighted speakers at this event. Learn from Mark Comer, Dianne Leavitt, Yoon Tae Hwang and Han Tae Hwang, as they share with you the road to success with Synergy. You will then hear from members of our corporate executive team, including Synergy WorldWide founder and CEO Dan Higginson, NSP COO Wynne Roberts, company President Dan Norman and company Vice President Stewart Rutter.

Lastly, we will introduce you to Dr. Stacey Bell, our SLMsmart expert. As a former Harvard Medical School faculty member, Dr. Bell brings with her more than 40 years of experience in the nutrition field.
