Synergy Spotlight Stories: Jess Austin and Anna Clarke

The stars were certainly aligned when Jess Austin and Anna Clarke launched their independent businesses with Synergy Worldwide.

With a professional footballer for a husband, three sons who all play the game, and experience as the secretary of a football club, Jess Austin was a match made in heaven for a new career in sports nutrition. It’s little wonder her favourite supplements are E9 and ProArgi9.

Meanwhile, Anna Clarke who says she’s now ‘loving life at 56 years young,’ joined Synergy for very different reasons.

Explains Anna: “Three life-changing incidents caused me to pause, take stock and re-evaluate my family’s health and happiness.

“I lost my dad to cancer, decided to take voluntary redundancy from Sainsbury’s TU clothing after 25 years in the Fashion retail industry, then during lockdown my mum had a heart attack.

“It was fate when I met Trisha Quinn – a Synergy Team Member - on a charity Pilates zoom event she ran for the hospice where my father had passed away.

“I tried the Purify system of products and was absolutely blown away by the results. I wanted others to feel as well as I did so I joined Synergy as it fits perfectly with my values – to help others.”

Both Jess and Anna have been in the business less than a year and have already promoted to Star pay rank.

What are their tops tips and secrets to success?

Jess, a former bank manager, said: “Taking the plunge, trust yourself and enjoy working with your network of people. I would say a little tip that I can see in fruition from other people is to ‘spread the load!’ Duplicate and replicate!”

“I try hard to stay fit and run a few times a week with my lovely Spaniel Roscoe. I love to read and do read around a book a week!”

Supporting 10 customers through Purify and constantly checking in with them all.

Doing the brilliant ‘Path to Prosperity  course (3 times !) clearly helped focus my business.
Telling my own Synergy story authentically on social media helped grow my customers ‘Know, Like & Trust’
Completing 8 weeks of #mysmartmealjourney on social media attracted two new Smartmeal customers.
