I decided to join and build a business because I wanted to 'Make a Difference'. I found the Training and the Gut health talks really informative. I love companies that help and offer solutions and it's a major plus that we can help people's health and wellness with our products.
The money I'm earning is just an extra residual income for me. However, I like the structure of Synergy's Compensation Plan, the Mega match bonus, and the legacy aspect especially. I really like to help support my family and I have so many dreams - I feel that being a part of Synergy WorldWide can help me achieve those dreams.
What is a typical day for you when you are building your Synergy business? Whenever I learn something about Synergy I share it. I send out information to people, videos, and answer questions. Including Synergy in the conversations I have on a daily basis, has become a fun way to share the opportunity and products. I concentrate on the benefits and the quality.
How many hours do you work in each week? Difficult question to answer. It really depends.
What would you say has been the biggest factor in your success so far? I think behind every successful business is great people. I have a winning team around me, including Teri and Mama Stella who really believe in me. I have some wonderful Team members, - I really love their Fire. It's a combination of my Team members and Mama Stella, she is a Champion. They are all contributing to our winning Team.
Has your sponsor and upline been a support to you in building your business? My Sponsor introduced me to Synergy so that in itself was important, but Mama Stella is a teacher, she guides me step by step and that has been really important. She's been a mega-support.
What key activities do you regularly engage in to help members of your team to grow their business? It's a case of being there for them. Answering their questions. I remember Normalee and I putting together a Collagen Talk. It was really good to work together and Normalee was so powerful. Activities like this 'lights up my bulb' - having a relationship with your Team members is key.
What goals have you reached so far and which ones are you working towards at the moment? Achieving Bronze was a mega goal for me and I intend to continue working towards my next goals. I'm going to approach people and think of them as Team Members in the making. I want to go all the way - I'm ready!
