Synergy Spotlight Stories: Indira Paparoni

How were you introduced to Synergy and why did you decide to build a business? I was introduced by Emma Backshall, who is my upline too! The decision to build a business came as a result of my passion about the health, fitness and the Synergy products. It made a big impact on my life, and I want others to experience the same joy too.

I love the flexible schedule have built for myself and the fact that I can bring the work with me, regardless of where I am in the world. This is one of the best things with Synergy WorldWide and it provides me with the opportunity to spend more time with my family and friends.

What is your favorite product and why? That is a very tough question, but I would have to say ProArgi-9+ as it has benefited me in so many ways. It is a product I would not want to live without.

What is a typical day for you when you are building your Synergy business? I am always connecting with people and explain to them what Synergy is all about, as well as giving them an insight into the business opportunity that is offered. For my team and I to stay organized, on track and engaged I host weekly meetings (as taught by my upline) to build and make plans together.

What would you say has been the biggest factor in your business so far? Definitely the support I have received from my upline and the amazing and inspiring Synergy community I am surrounded by. In addition, having the confidence and helping others feel the same way – confident, independent and strong!

Has your Sponsor and upline been a support to you in building your business? Emma has been an amazing support! I would not be where I am now if it wasn’t for her.

What key activities do you regularly engage in with members of your team to grow their business? Weekly team calls, Product trainings, Mindset work and Goals & Accountability setting to mention a few.

What goals have you reached so far and which ones are you working towards now? My number on goal this year was to reach Bronze - and with the help of Emma, I have already achieved it! I want to continue growing and work towards connecting with a wider customers base, as well as keep introducing new people to the great products and business opportunity.

If you were to give one piece of advice to someone new joining Synergy, what would you tell them? Be patient, be consistent, know your why and do not give up. Hard work is key to making something happen!
