• Reduced shipping fees: Flat rate per package of only 9.60 GBP (VAT included)• Eco-friendly: This warehouse promises more sustainable practices, using supplies made from recycled materials wherever possible. For example, recycled paper filler will be used instead of plastic air pockets.
• Order tracking & efficiency: Shipping will be now handled by DPD Priority. DPD has earned a reputation for reliability, and supports full tracking services. You will even be able to enjoy tracking and visibility before your order ships!
• Faster transit times: Expect delivery approx. 1-2 business days after placing your order. Orders placed before 13:00 Monday - Friday, will ship that same day.*

This update to Synergy product warehousing & fulfillment is applicable to United Kingdom customer & Team Members only. Fulfillment for Norhtern Ireland addresses, which have reported more satisfactory experiences overall, remain unchanged. Synergy is pursuing areas of improvement with Ireland warehouse operations.
Note that DPD shipping may require signature upon delivery. Currently however, due to COVID-19, DPD Priority will not require a physical signature at this time. The driver will complete the step once the delivery is made to the customer. Read more here.
