Daylight Savings Time Ends

Winter is upon us, which means it's time to set our clocks back one hour. Everyone in Europe turns their clocks back the night of October 26. This change isn't made in the U.S. for another week. Please call customer service between 12.00-21.00 beginning Monday, October 27 through Friday, October 31. On Monday, November 3, call center hours will return to the normal schedule from 13:00-22:00.
