The European Union, through Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), requires that Synergy Team Members in 33 European countries provide two key pieces of information in order to stay compliant with upcoming EU regulations and continue receiving earned commissions.
We appreciate the hard work our Team Members put in to make Synergy a growing business, and want to ensure all distributors that receiving earned commissions will never be a concern. Therefore, it is imperative that Team Members and their European downlines complete the following instructions to continue receiving accurate payments on time.
Team Members who have accounts registered in a Scandinavian country, or the Czech Republic, do not need to do anything. This information has already been provided, making Team Members in these countries compliant with EU regulation.
All remaining European Team Members must contact Synergy customer service or visit their Pulse accounts as soon as possible to provide the following banking data for your direct deposit account:
- International Bank Account Number (IBAN)
- Business Identifier Code (BIC) (SWIFT)
Business Identifier Code (BIC) (SWIFT), click here to log in to your Pulse account.
When you log in an attention message will guide you through the process. If you choose to skip this message, or enter the information at a later time, you will need to return to the “Account Profile” tab and enter the information under “My Account Information.”
You may also update this information by calling UK Customer Service at 0844 770 6222.
*There are no exceptions to this regulation.
Synergy’s new markets—Italy, Slovenia and Iceland—will use this payment method from day one to avoid compliance issues. Team Members in these markets will provide the necessary information when filling out the “Getting Started Form,” beginning September 1, 2013.
Commissions earned in November will be paid through the SEPA method when they are deposited in December.
