Elite Honours Spotlights

With the Elite Honours program in full swing, Team Members have been building stronger businesses through defined monthly goals.

In March, 345 Team Members in Europe became Elite Honours Qualified. That means at least 345 new distributors were enrolled and more than 1,000 customers latched onto Synergy products. Team Members who are becoming Elite Honours Qualified have found that the Elite Honours earnings model is exactly what their businesses were missing.

Congratulations to the many who are finding success through Elite Honours thus far! Here are a few insights from our newest Elite Honours Qualifiers regarding their success with the system:

Adrian and Sara Gregory
7x QUALIFIERS, UNITED KINGDOM

It was 2014 when Adrian and Sara joined Synergy as customers. Adrian is a business owner of 16 years, running a graphic design, web design, and print business based in the South of England. Sara is a registered nurse who trained with the Royal Navy and currently works as a senior manager within the care industry. Adrian and Sara made the decision to build a Synergy business at the Rome Summit in September of 2015 after meeting Dan Higginson and Paul Blad and hearing their vision for the future.

Now, Adrian and Sara have been Elite Honours qualified for the seventh consecutive month, and they only have good things to say about the program.

“The concept of the Elite Honours Club is nothing short of a stroke of genius,” Adrian said. “Elite Honours is a simple road map to success that anyone can follow with a little commitment and focus.”

For them, Synergy identified key ingredients to building a solid business from month to month and then incentivized and highlighted it for all to see. What makes Elite Honours so special is how accessible it is for all of Synergy’s Team Members.


Paula Harju

Having a career in customer service, Paula Harju has been helping others throughout her life. She has a sincere love of interacting with others in hope of benefiting their lives in some way.

More than three years ago, Paula was attracted to the functionality, quality, and reliability of Synergy products. Now, she has been Elite Honours qualified for the sixth consecutive month and believes firmly in the Elite Honors program and what it offers to everyone.

“Elite Honours is accessible to all because everyone is on equal footing and it allows Team Members to create permanent growth,” she said.

Paula sees her Synergy team as a professional family, and has been impressed with the individuals that she works with.

“We have great team spirit and a fantastic up-line with Kati and Eric Gammals,” she said. “The most rewarding thing is knowing we are able to give new life to many other people.”

This new life Paula talks about stems from understanding how important personal development is to the quality of life. IAM Cycling Athletes Fuel 2016 Season with Synergy

Professional cyclists can never train enough. They train constantly to maintain and build both muscle and endurance. Even a few weeks off the bike can cost them in a race.

Synergy sponsored Swiss professional cycling team IAM Cycling is finding their footing this season and its riders are frequently claiming podium titles. Of course, there are crashes, injuries, and failures, too, but these elite athletes continue pushing and digging deep to give their best performances. Many of them trust Synergy products to get them through all of it.

Two IAM Cycling athletes spoke up about their love for cycling and for Synergy products. See what they had to say:

“When at races, the team provides us with a few Synergy products. Most of the time I use Phytolife and Mistify … they give me a good feeling, especially the Phytolife. It helps to maintain the digestive function of the body. We have to eat so much to provide the body with enough energy. It’s a bit like putting oil in a car I would say.

The hardest thing about cycling for me is the big stage races that are three weeks long. It’s hard to recover in between the races. Time flies by and in the third week fatigue hits really big. By fulfilling the Elite Honors requirements and sponsoring requirements, these Team Members earned Go Elite bonuses based on the number of Elite Honors Qualifiers they sponsored. NEW TEAM DIRECTOR: KEITH ROBINSON

Keith Robinson has been self-employed since he was 19. He never liked the idea of building someone else’s dreams, and would rather spend his days building  his own. Keith simply wouldn’t be a good employee, he said because he does not react well to someone telling him what to do. He has worked in the areas of wholesale distribution, financial services, and dabbled in a few network marketing companies, but couldn’t find one that was the right fit.

In Keith’s network marketing experience, he found imperfections in various companies’ management, compensation plans, and products. Synergy was the first company that he analyzed that he felt confident  investing his time in. He joined Synergy recognizing the potential the company had for major long-term growth.

Keith has been using Synergy products for eight years and believes there isn’t a product on the market today that touches them. It’s no surprise to him that Synergy attracts individuals with medical backgrounds. A number of the Team Members in his team are therapists, nutritionists, and doctors, because they know a quality product when they see and use one.

“If you don’t bring credible people to your organization, the standard of the company drops,” Keith said. “It’s a matter of targeting and looking for the high-quality people.”

He said he owes his recent rank advancement to Team Director to the brilliant individuals on his team who advocate for Synergy every day and have a true passion for enriching the lives of others. Without his partners, Keith could not move the business forward.

“It’s important to me that everyone in Ireland saw the rank advancement coming,” Keith said. “And it’s not about the rank advancement. It’s about giving the team the feeling that our efforts are working and things are happening. It gives them the incentive to keep going. It’s their celebration as much as it is mine.”

Keith is eager for what Synergy’s future will bring and is excited to see the investments Synergy is making to push Europe into long-term growth, including a European office and new Vice President of Sales. He plans to truly Leave a Legacy for his family and loved ones by committing to Synergy for many years to come.

New Pearl Executive: Robert Suppan

Congratulations, to Robert Suppan of Austria, Synergy Europe’s newest Pearl Executive!

A chimney cleaner of 28 years, Robert still loves his profession, managing to balance his chimney cleaning business and Synergy business perfectly. His story is proof that Synergy fits into any lifestyle.

When he first discovered network marketing, he was intrigued by the idea that he could eventually remove the necessity of working a traditional job. Robert has been with Synergy since the Austrian market opened in 2008, and though Synergy is the first network marketing company he joined, his persistence with the business has led him to his first executive title.

He decide to become a Synergy Team Member because of the fast-acting results he experienced with the V3 System. Robert is a huge believer in the power of Mistify. The fact that Robert has had so many health benefits from Synergy products has made sharing the products a breeze. He said it has never been hard to convince others that Synergy products are top-of-the-line and that Synergy is a fantastic company to work for.

Robert’s entire team is made of up health-minded people, many of which have worked in the medical field in various capacities. Everyone is product-oriented and focused on contributing positive change to global health epidemics.

Thanks to Synergy, Robert’s health, his family’s health, and his family’s financial situation have improved substantially.

Announcing Synergy Europe Headquarters!

Synergy Europe Headquarters is official open and operating in Spain’s seaside World Trade Center Barcelona. This is the first official Synergy office in Europe and we are excited to have a location on the ground in Europe to better support our wonderful Team Members.

Synergy Europe HQ will be home to many developing projects that will fuel Synergy Europe’s future growth. This office will be home to Carmelo D’Anzi, Vice President and General Manager for Europe, and Europe Sales & Marketing Liaison Nuno Carvalho.

Carmelo welcomed leaders from countries throughout Europe to gather in the new office, April 8-9, to commemorate the space. It was an exciting time to think about the possibilities awaiting Synergy in the near future.

May the opening of this Synergy Europe office be a sign that the Synergy WorldWide name is growing and that the executive team is serious about investing in Synergy Europe’s future.

We welcome all Team Members to visit the new Barcelona location and use the office as a space for meetings with potential customers or Team Members to grow the business and make this new location a useful tool.

Irish Bodybuilder Relies on Synergy for Energy

Jimmy Rogers is a lifelong athlete, but really began testing his strength when he worked for Heineken many years ago lifting and carrying heavy cases and barrels of beer every day. As he grew stronger, he began to wonder what his body was capable of.

Jimmy has been bodybuilding for over 15 years and competes in multiple competitions. His love for the sport is apparent in his daily routines and activities, which reflect a health-conscious mindset. He spends countless hours at the gym, puts great effort into meal prep, and pays close attention to the nutrition he puts into his body.

Jimmy and his wife Louise run a nutrition shop in Naas Ireland where they act as distributors for a variety of supplements and nutritional products including Synergy’s products. It was a year ago that Jimmy first began using Synergy’s line of products and according to him, his experience has been incredible.

“I’ve loved my experience with Synergy,” Jimmy said. “Before the products, I was getting through my day but I was feeling tired.”

After he began using Synergy’s products he said that his daily activities seemed to become easier and that the products helped his body get into the swing of things that helped him find a beneficial routine which aided in his active lifestyle both inside and outside the gym.

Jimmy is no stranger to hard work, and being able to consistently perform at top levels in the gym can become a difficult task. Take a Look at the New Europe Calendar!

A large fraction of Synergy Team Members conduct business in various cities and countries throughout Europe, and we’re excited to tell you that the new and improved calendar will keep you in the loop no matter where you decide to build your business.

Synergy’s blog calendars have been consolidated into an all-inclusive European calendar! Now, you can stay up-to-date on meetings, trainings, and other events that are scheduled throughout Europe, all in one convenient place.

HOW TO USE THE CALENDAR

Visit the Synergy blog and click on the “Calendar” tab at the top of the page. This link will take you to the Europe-wide calendar where each event is color coded to indicate the hosting country. Refer to the key below the calendar to match countries to colors.

The new Synergy Europe calendar was designed to let you see what you want to see. If you are from Poland, but want to see what’s happening in the Czech Republic, you simply locate the dropdown menu above the calendar and select the country calendar you’d like to view. This command will remove all events that are not associated with the country you selected.

EVENT SUBMISSION FORMS

In addition to the Europe calendar, all Team Members now have access to an event submission form in their native language. These form are located below the calendars on their respective blogs. We encourage all Team Members to use this form and the calendar as an event marketing tool. Please fill the form out in its entirety. Incomplete event submissions will not be posted. Please keep comments in the “event description” field brief.

Note: Please submit events at least one week before they are scheduled to take place. The event calendar will be updated every day Monday through Friday.

Now, it’s your job to plan events and submit them so we can fill the calendar up for an action-packed 2016!
