Updates to the website

As we are building new components and working through the phased content changes, we take this opportunity to remind you that the legacy (old) website www.synergyworldwide.com is still operating and can be used to access all Team Member information as it holds functions linked to being a distributor specifically.  You can also still enroll new Team Members through the legacy website or via the new App (with quick enroll).

The new customer website new.synergyworldwide.com is a convenient way for new clients to shop and save 10 per cent with Subscribe and Save. To ensure they are shopping with you, please remind them to type In your name or ID number at checkout.

Or YOU can ensure they are shopping with you using a new referral link to your website

Here’s how it works on a computer:

1.  Go to https://new.synergyworldwide.com/GB/en-gb/sign-in and sign in with your Team Member email and password.
2.  Click on your Profile in the top right-hand corner (the person icon).
3.  Scroll down to your Referral link. Copy and paste it into a message/email to send to your new customers (This will ensure they are shopping your personal website and that the orders and commissions are paid to you).
Your referral link will look like this:https://new.synergyworldwide.com/GB/en-GB?referralID=0000000 (note: this referral link is only an example)
4.  If you wish to double check that your customer has correctly placed an order with you, log into the legacy website www.synergyworldwide.com and use your back office Commission Report overview to view your retail orders. You can also view order history in the new.synergyworldwide.com website. 
5.  You can also send a customer a link to a specific product and ensure they are buying this from you. First go to the product on the new.synergyworldwide.com website - Let’s use Collagen Beauty as an example. Now copy the specific URL
https://new.synergyworldwide.com/GB/en-gb/Shop/Product/collagen-beauty
Then simply add your ID number (in this specific format) on to the end of any product to direct them to that item, referral ID=0000000
In the case of Collagen Beauty, this example would look like this: https://new.synergyworldwide.com/GB/en-gb/Shop/Product/collagen-beauty/?referralID=0000000   When customers click on this link and shop, the order is attributed to your ID number.

  •      Making changes to your ‘Subscribe and Save’ / Autoship

Just a quick reminder that any changes to your Autoship/Subscribe and must be made five days before the ‘autoship’ date.

  •      Facebook groups – the differences.
There are many different Facebook groups accessible to help with your business. Here’s a quick glimpse into the differences.

1. Your upline may have a Facebook group for communicating information specific to your Team.

4. There are two Facebook groups targeted at those who haven’t heard of Synergy. One group is product-focused: https://www.facebook.com/groups/healthandhappinessmembers and the second is business-focused https://www.facebook.com/groups/synergybusinessopportunity The purpose of the groups is to run a system called ADD TAG MESSAGE so that you can sell more products, attract new team members, and together we can all raise brand awareness of Synergy on social media.

5. In addition to these Facebook groups, you may have your own Personal profile page, a Facebook Business Page and one of the most valuable ways to use Facebook is to create your own private VIP customer group/online health community to interact with your customers.
