Synergy Spotlight Stories: Trisha Quinn

Congratulations to our newest Silver, Trisha Quinn who has certainly started 2021 with her Goal in mind -Vision Retreat 2022.
Trisha, with her Pharmaceutical background and her helpful and supportive nature is not only an important and well respected UK Team member but also a fabulous Leader to her growing and impressive Team

How were you introduced to Synergy and why did you decide to build a business?
I learnt of Synergy after seeing the Microbiome banner and meeting Angie Watson at a Gut Conference in May 2018.
I have a fitness business and thought that if Purify works for me, it could work for my clients.

Which is your favourite product and why?
Biome Shake. It is so quick and easy to take when I am dashing out the door to walk the dog before teaching my classes.

What is a typical day for you when you are building your Synergy business?
No day is typical! I do Synergy work between teaching my classes –reading and responding to emails, texts and WhatsApp messages from customers and team members, Zooming with new team members to help get them trained.
I’m on the look out for potential customers/new team members whenever I walk the dog or walk into town.

How many hours do you work it each week?
At least 10.

What would you say has been the biggest factor in your success so far?
The support of my upline, Angie Watson.

Has your sponsor and upline been a support to you in building your business?
Very much so!

What key activities do you regularly engage in to help members of your team to grow their business?
I walk each week with my local team members and always discuss business.
Zoom each week with training sessions for new team members.
Most days there are queries from TMs customers/potential customers that I need to respond and in some cases research and get back to.

What goals have you reached so far and which ones are you working towards at the moment?
Delighted to have worked my way to Silver.
Goal was to get a studio built in the garden which was completed end of 2020. Now I teach classes and do my Synergy work and training sessions from here, away from the distractions of the house and my usual office in the kitchen.

If you were to give one piece of advice to someone new joining Synergy, what would you tell them?
Think of your role as “spreading the word”, telling stories of how people’s quality of life has improved and “educating” rather than selling.
Don’t panic! You will get more and more confident about Synergy’s great products and the business with time.
