Which is your favourite product and why?
Tough one! It has to be the Purify Programme as it is having such an impact on so many people’s health in just 21 days. I've had the most amazing results with my clients. I love the fact the programme is so structured not only for them but for us to support them through it. It’s quite powerful when on a regular basis people thank you and tell you that you have changed their lives for the better.

If I had to pick a single product it would have to be ProArgi-9+ as this has had the biggest impact on my own health and with some of my clients. I do say to people ProArgi-9+ is for life!

What is a typical day for you when you are building your Synergy business?
My first priority in the morning is to check my diary to see what stage people are on with their 21-day programme and send out texts to them or a call if they are in need of more support.

I will then go about filling the gaps in my diary with follow up appointments for those coming to the end of their programme or for new business. Then my focus has to switch to my personal training clients until just after lunch. The rest of the day/evening I get back to Synergy. I think Synergy is just in my blood now.

How many hours do you work it each week?
Really hard to say as it is always on my mind. I will block out time in my diary to be proactive and structured for set hours or as I go about my day sowing seeds with those I come into contact with. But I suppose a good 6 hours.

You have been Elite Honors qualified every month this year which is fantastic; why do you focus on this?
I think it's good to focus the mind to tick that box every month, so it rolls off the tongue a little easier when you are chatting to potential team members.

What would you say has been the biggest factor in your success so far?
After the impact on my health, I am able to speak with passion and conviction. I genuinely care and want to make a difference. I build a trust with people and am always consistent and supportive. When someone commits to make a change in their health, I get very invested in them.

Has your sponsor and upline been a support to you in building your business?
I have had great support from both Kim Bradley and Liz James but also others within the Synergy family have inspired and motivated me.

What key activities do you regularly engage in to help members of your team to grow their business?
I definitely start with the business contract so that you can see where they are at and what their goals are, also it is an indicator as to how much time you invest in them. Then it’s about listening, supporting, training and duplicating.

What goals have you reached so far and which ones are you working towards at the moment?
I like to set my own goals as well as the ones Synergy set. My last goal was to sell 200 Purify Programmes by the 2-year anniversary. I achieved this! My most recent goal was earlier this year when I knew I had to take two weeks off work. The goal was to see if I could run my business from the sofa. I managed to have one of my best Synergy months. My future goal is to lead more with the business however to keep my sales high. Going to Leadership Retreat in Turkey with some of my team members is the end goal for this year.

If you were to give one piece of advice to someone new joining Synergy, what would you tell them?
Do it with conviction, if you don’t believe nobody else will. Lead by example and as Synergy say, “Be a product of the product”.
