We’ve just completed an incredible Synergy Kickoff tour throughout Europe. In less than 40 days, we visited 8 countries and met with over 2000 Team Members and guests to strategize and plan for what will be the greatest year in Synergy Europe’s history. Here’s a quick look at where we toured:

Each meeting was filled with incredible energy as Synergy executives and distributor leaders teamed up to deliver messages that trained, motivated, inspired, and prepared each attendee for success.

With the new year now in full motion it is great to see and feel the excitement throughout our business. I just returned from visiting a few European markets where we have seen some our most exciting growth as a company. As I visited these markets and attended kick off meetings for 2013, I could see and more importantly feel the momentum that comes from people who are excited and actively engaged in building a Synergy business.

The enthusiasm and genuine optimism for the future is contagious! They have their challenges and obstacles just like the rest of us do, but they chose to focus on what makes us great as company and what this opportunity really can provide those that embrace it. I am very proud of our European market and excited about our future in that part of the world.

I am very excited for 2013. I am feeling the level of activity and commitment rise as we unite and focus on all that makes us great as company. This business can be difficult as you well know, but it can be the most rewarding and enriching experience at the same time as we focus on truly helping others achieve their own success. This business, like any other worthwhile endeavor, requires hard work, commitment, and great sacrifice. You see, this business is not so much about the end result as it is about the journey.

January Rank Advancements

Synergy: The interaction of elements that when combined produce a total effect that is greater than the sum of the individual elements.

Team Members who work together and create a unified, team effort within their organizations generate a pattern of success that grows and duplicates. To help illustrate this point, you may already be aware of the old acronym T.E.A.M:

• T - Together
• E - Everyone
• A - Achieves
• M - More

Although effective, this is only true if Team Members learn to work together. So what exactly makes a team effective? Consider for a moment adding the new acronym, G.R.I.P.

Though we’re almost through January of this New Year, I still feel the excitement of last year’s accomplishments. It was a phenomenal year for Synergy WorldWide and we have many reasons to celebrate.

From rank advancements to the amount of lives changed, this year was truly a record breaking year. You, our Team Members, are the reason for this incredible growth. I thank you for your passion, your dedication, and above all, how you represent Synergy in your part of the world.

In addition, we witnessed the rise of two Double Presidential Executives in Korea, Han Tae Hwang and Yoon Tae Hwang; and three new Presidential Executives, Young Ok Park of Korea, Scott Brumfield of North America, and Europe’s second-ever Presidential Executive, Mads Østvang of Norway. These tremendous achievements were accompanied by thousands of other rank advancements across all 25 of our international markets.

As great as 2012 was, I sincerely believe that 2013 will be even better. This year we will introduce new products, promotions, and incentives to continue our momentum and increase our growth. Furthermore, we should all be focused on the Korea Global Summit in September. I have no doubt that it will be a life changing event for the company and field.
