We are pleased to welcome Cath Winter to our Synergy family. She is joining us as Regional Sales Director for the United Kingdom and Ireland. 

With a passion for meeting new people and developing talent, Cath brings over 14 years of Direct Sales experience to Synergy Worldwide, gathered both in the field and from corporate roles. 

Having experience within UK start-up businesses, she is very used to helping new starters in their leadership journey from the offset, whist at the same time supporting growth and brand awareness. Cath’s goal is to build life-long relationships with our Team Members and assist them to fulfill their dreams as they start, build, and grow their Synergy businesses.

On a personal level, Cath loves the outdoors and taking walks with her family and friends. When she is not out and about in her local countryside, she enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her close friends and family.

We have all heard talk about collagen, maybe we have read about it somewhere, but what is it? Why is it so important for us? Let’s start with a very basic definition of collagen.
