Five Synergy Team Members achieved the Go Elite 10 bonus in May by personally sponsoring at least 10 Elite Honors qualified Team Members. This is a fantastic accomplishment to reach; we are proud of our hardworking Team Members and want to congratulate the following on their €1200 bonuses.

Sandra Hübsch, Austria

Sandra first discovered Synergy in 2008 and after many years of positive experiences with Synergy products she decided to devote herself fully to Synergy in 2014. She has seen success in her Synergy business because of her enthusiasm for the products and the fantastic Compensation Plan. Sandra earned the Go Elite 10 bonus for the first time in May—the same month that she rank advanced to the title of Team Director. Attaining both of these milestones in the same month is proof that Sandra’s business has an increasingly bright future.

Franz Friess, Austria

Among the most successful Synergy executives in Central Europe, Franz has been an admirable business builder for years. His success in the company stemmed from firm belief in the products as well as an incredible work ethic. He has had immense success with Synergy, putting a lot of emphasis on the necessity of teamwork and the importance of the Elite Honors system.

“I am sure that the Elite Honors model has the power to change everything,” Franz said. “I have seen it work within my own team; it makes people excited.”

Corinna Fröwein, Austria

Corinna knows that the Elite Honors business model works–her thriving business is proof. This is Corinna’s second time earning the Go Elite 10 bonus and she knows that the Elite Honors Club is a crucial part of Synergy’s long-term business plan.

“I want to show people that everyone can earn this bonus in Europe,” Corinna said. “I do not have the highest title with Synergy, but through this promotion I am able to earn the maximum amount.”

Through Elite Honors and the Go Elite 10 bonus, Corinna looks forward to seeing how her team’s hard work will positively impact the future of Synergy WorldWide.

Teri Rigby, United Kingdom

It only took a few short months for Teri to become a powerhouse Synergy Team Member. With nearly 30 years of network marketing experience, Teri has climbed up the ranks and most recently advanced to the title of Team Elite in April. With all the progress she has made, Teri said she will bring a huge Synergy wave to the UK and looks forward to working with her team to reach even greater heights.

Upon earning the Go Elite 10 bonus a second time, Teri has wonderful things to say about Elite Honors as well as Synergy’s Compensation Plan. The Elite Honors earnings model has been a huge help to her and her team over the past few months as she has become one of Synergy’s fastest growing successes.

Sue & Matt Thomas, United Kingdom

They’ve only been with Synergy for three months, but in that short amount of time, Sue and Matt’s business has made tremendous progress. They felt lucky upon joining the Synergy team because they had a fantastic group of dedicated and hard-working networkers following them.

Sue and Matt we able to earn the Go Elite 10 bonus in a short amount of time, and said that the driving force behind their success is the opportunity they have to help others.

“Aim to help as many people as possible on a daily basis,” Sue said. “The more people you help, the more successful you will be.”

Matt and Sue believe that everyone should have the opportunity to achieve Elite Health, and that Synergy has the best products available to help people achieve their health goals.

Synergy WorldWide will begin implementing a protocol in Europe that is currently active in all other Synergy markets around the globe. This protocol will automatically change a Team Member’s status to Preferred Customer if he or she has not ordered any product within a six month “drop period.”

This new protocol with give Team Members a clear view of who is active and inactive in their organizations. It will help Team Members focus their efforts on those who are building and follow up with others who are not.

The first status transition will occur on July 1, 2016. On this day, Team Members who have 0 CV in Synergy orders from January 1 to June 30 will become Preferred Customers.

Moving forward, the drop periods are as follows:
January 1 (drop day) – June 30
July 1 (drop day) – December 31

GRACE PERIODS

January and July (the months following the drop days) will be considered grace periods. This means that Team Members can easily change their status back to Team Member after being transitioned to Preferred Customer by making a simply phone call to Synergy Customer Service.

HOW TO REACTIVATE

1. Call Customer Service and request to have your account reactivated.

2. Place a “reactivation” order. (Reactivation orders must have the same amount of CV as a standard qualifying order for your market.)

*We strongly encourage you to reactivate during the grace period to ensure that you get your position back quickly and simply by calling in.

REACTIVATING AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD

Those who wait until after the grace period to reactivate from Preferred Customer to Team Member will need to submit an official request to Customer Service via email.

An elite group of  Synergy Team Members went beyond the call of duty in May by not only becoming Elite Honors Qualified, but training those they sponsor to become Elite Honors Qualified. By fulfilling the Elite Honors requirements and sponsoring requirements, these Team Members earned Go Elite bonuses based on the number of Elite Honors Qualifiers they sponsored. Synergy WorldWide paid out £19079 in Go Elite bonuses in May. Amazing! We hope that this payout will continue to increase until the Go Elite promotion ends on August 31, 2016.

Challenge yourself to Go Elite this month!

She’s a world champion, a world record holder, and an osteopath. Proudly sporting a Synergy logo on her windsurfing sail, she is also Synergy’s newest sponsored athlete who not only uses Synergy products, but shares them with her patients at her medical practice in England.

Zara Davis learned the art of windsurfing when she was 13, but took a hiatus from the sport from the time she was 15 until she was 27. Her employer at the time refueled her love for windsurfing and she hasn’t stopped since. She picked the sport back up quickly and even met her husband while lake windsurfing.

In May 2016, at almost 50 years old, Zara snagged her first-ever world championship title in women’s speed windsurfing while competing at the Dunkerbeck GPS Speed Challenge in Fuerteventura. She not only beat out all of the other women in the competition, but recorded a better time than more than half of the men. Zara is also a six-time Europe speed windsurfing champion and is known by many as “the fastest woman on water” with the world records in the speed windsurfing mile at 34.74 knots and held the 500m world record at 45.83 knots (53mph).

“I love the challenge and I love being at sea,” Zara said. “For whatever reason, I found that I have a natural talent for the sport. It takes years to be good at it, but when you’re good at something, you obviously hone in on that skill. I’m using my talent to inspire youngsters, especially young girls, to take up sports and try windsurfing.”

Windsurfing relies heavily on the quality and structure of a windsurfer’s board and sail. Both structures are built and paired to get the most out of the wind current. A speed windsurfer’s sail is about double the size of a recreational windsurfing sail because it needs to harness as much wind as possible. Zara said the physics of a windsurfing sail can be compared to the physics of an airplane wing. The sail needs to be precisely angled to catch and utilize wind for movement.

Don’t be fooled, though. Not everyone with the right gear can speed windsurf. The more wind a windsurfer harnesses, the more difficult it becomes to hang onto the sail. Successfully controlling a speed windsurfing sail and board requires an incredible amount of strength. Zara stands at 6 feet tall with plenty of lean muscle that she must maintain to be successful at her sport. Her stature is a major advantage in the speed windsurfing world.

“The physics of windsurfing is quite a geeky thing,” Zara said. “The only bit you are sailing on is the back of the board and fin, executing in a speed windsurfing race, especially, requires you to be fit and strong and bold.”

There is a level of bravery that speed windsurfing requires, Zara said. Imagine traveling at 50 miles per hour on water, losing balance, and suddenly smacking down on top of the water. That can’t feel good.

“Everything to do with windsurfing is physically demanding,” Zara said. “The hardest thing is balance and stability. You use every muscle in the body all the time. For this reason, it’s demanding on the cardiovascular system.”

To train on water, Zara travels about four hours from her home on Bristol’s coast to the West Kirby Marine Lake. In addition to working full-time, Zara spends up to 15 hours per week swimming, cycling, running, doing Pilates, and doing suspension training. She maintains a nutritious diet, drinks plenty of water, and makes sure high-quality nutritional supplements are always part of her daily routine. Now, that supplement routine includes ProArgi-9+, e9, Phytolife and Mistify. She is a walking example of health to all of her osteopathy patients.

“I work with a lot of elite athletes and I would be very uncomfortable putting anything in my practice that I knew wasn’t pure,” Zara said.

And as an elite athlete herself, Zara knows a good product when she sees one. The in-depth quality testing and strict production standards that Synergy requires in its manufacturing facility make Zara confident that the company’s products will make a difference in her athletic performance and in the lives of her patients.

Synergy WorldWide traveled to Kentucky to personally congratulate the newest SLMsmart 90-day Challenge Champion Eric Poland and learn more about his SLMsmart journey. A devoted family man and employee of the only Corvette manufacturing plant in the world, Eric lost 40 lbs. (20% of his starting body weight) and 7 inches from his waist.

Eric’s success of this year sets an important example for many, as this was NOT his first attempt to lose weight. In fact, Eric participated in last year’s SLMsmart Challenge, the year Eva Miller won her well-deserved grand prize. That year, 2015, Eric was able to lose an impressive 20 lbs. but lost momentum halfway through the competition after experiencing family and employment challenges. Remarkably, Eric was able to recommit himself a year later and become the SLMsmart Champion we celebrate today!

We commend Eric for getting “back in the saddle” this year and claiming the first place prize. Utilizing the Corvette plant’s gym during his breaks, eating a healthy diet of produce and proteins, and incorporating Synergy products into his daily regimen, Eric was able to make his weight loss goals a reality.

Enjoy the video above to see how Eric and his family have been enjoying the benefits of his newly achieved level of Elite Health.

North America’s 2016 SLMsmart Challenge came to an end in May and the winners have been selected! Enthusiastic men and women from all over the continent took their health into their own hands and made positive changes by incorporating powerful Synergy products into their health regimens, eating nutritional foods, and following challenging workout plans. And with money and prizes on the line, each contestant committed to a 90-day journey toward a happier, healthier life!

In the end, a panel of judges chose three winners based on total transformation by viewing their before-and-after pictures. The decision was a difficult one, as many inspiring photos were submitted by some incredible individuals. While our applause goes out to all the participants, we would like to especially congratulate the following three challengers for their winning achievements:

1st Place: Eric Poland
Prize: $1,500

Eric of Kentucky lost 40 lbs. (20% of his body weight) and about 7 inches from his waist. What
makes Eric's story all the more interesting is that he also competed in last year's SLMsmart Challenge and lost 20 pounds. Unsatisfied with last year's results, knowing that he could do better, Eric made this second effort and gave it his all. We applaud Eric for his efforts and commitment to making a change.

Eric is a former teacher and coach, a devoted husband, a father to two beautiful children (one of whom has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy), and a full-time employee at the world's only Corvette manufacturing plant. Stay tuned to our blog for more of his fantastic story and learn how he overcame obstacles to achieve greater fitness, healthier weight levels, and a smarter outlook on eating and activity.

toward his transformation. "What a life changing experience," Kevin said. "Great products, coaching, and workouts."

Synergy Team Member and Challenge Coach Tommy Bethards said, "Kevin has done something that is pretty hard to do. He cut a lot of fat without losing much strength. In fact, his whole upper body looks more muscular which, to me, just shows that he was dieting the right way.”

3rd Place: Trevor Pierson
Prize: $250

Trevor doesn’t live far from Synergy HQ in Utah, and upon learning about Synergy’s 90-day Trevor lost 61 lbs. (20% of his starting body weight). He plans to continue progressing toward his ideal weight with the newfound tools and knowledge he discovered through the SLMsmart 90-day Challenge.
Challenge was eager to participate. He hoped to find the success he hadn't found elsewhere. Trevor has sampled a handful of diets throughout his lifetime, finding most to be unrealistic, discouraging, and too drastic for his lifestyle. Now, using Synergy products, and with the help of SLMsmart Coach Tommy Bethards,
