The health benefits Sandra Hübsch witnessed her family experiencing after taking Synergy products is the reason Sandra became an enthusiastic product advocate who takes great pride in her Synergy business.

Sandra discovered Synergy WorldWide in 2008 through her sponsor Pearl Executive Robert Suppan. After enjoying many years of good health with Synergy products, Sandra decided to dedicate herself and her time to Synergy WorldWide in 2014. In 2015, she said goodbye to her full time job and was truly committed to establishing a prosperous Synergy business.

Today, she speaks passionately about the honorable company Synergy WorldWide is and presents both its products and business opportunity to everyone she knows and meets.

Sandra is the perfect Synergy Team Member because she can be describes in a few words as a team player.  Nothing gives her more joy than helping and serving others.

“The reason for my success if primarily due to my enthusiasm for the products and the Compensation Plan, which is built on teamwork,” Sandra said. “I want to introduce many more people to Synergy and its advantages. My goals, my health, and my life has changed for the better.”

She looks forward to her future with Synergy, and knows that with the support of her partner Klaus and daughter Nina, anything is possible.

Congratulations to all of the Team Members who qualified to attend Synergy’s distinguished Team Manager Academy from June 16-19 at the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol in Telfs, Austria.

These individuals either achieved the Team Manager rank for the first time, exceeded their Team Manager rank after attending TMA in 2015, or sponsored an individual who achieved the Team Manager rank while maintaining or exceeding the Team Manager rank themselves.

These are some of the greatest leaders within Synergy Europe today. We can’t wait to recognize the monumental efforts they’ve put into growing their Synergy businesses over the past year as we enjoy this beautiful mountain retreat.

The Elite Honors program is streamlining the way organizations do business with Synergy WordWide while maximizing each Team Member’s earning potential. Team Members following the program are seeing the extra rewards that are made possible through the Go Elite promotion as they continue doing what they’ve been doing all along—building their Synergy businesses.

Listed below are the names of everyone in Europe who rank advanced this month! Congratulations to our hardworking Team Members who continue to dedicate tremendous time and effort to their Synergy business.

Mountains, rivers, valleys, wildflowers, trees, lakes, wildlife—the outdoors are calling! It’s the perfect time of the year to get outside and enjoy the beauty around you. Did you know that simply spending time in nature is actually beneficial to your mental and physical health? Check out these remarkable benefits you will experience by getting out of your house and basking in the tranquility of the natural world.

Improved Memory and Concentration

Clearly, there’s something about fresh air and an open landscape that does the brain good. Here’s proof. In a study conducted by the University of Michigan, a group of students were issued a memory test and then split into two groups upon completing the test. Both groups went for a walk. One group went on a walk through the forest while the other group went through the city. Upon completing their walks, they took the memory test again. Those who walked through the forest scored higher on the test than those who didn’t.

Restored Energy

Researchers call the occasional brain fogs you experience “mental fatigue.” You know, the feeling you get when you completely forget your train of thought. Exposing your mind to natural environments can have a restorative effect on mental energy and focus. There have even been studies suggesting that experiencing natural beauty can elicit feelings of awe and can be a quick way to provide a mental boost. Bring a pack of Synergy’s e9 formula along with you for an extra boost of natural energy.

Relief from Daily Stress

Countless studies have been performed to prove that spending time in nature, even looking at scene of nature from a window, lowers levels of cortisol—the “stress hormone.” Many of these studies have noticed that in connection with stress reduction, spending time in the great outdoors cultivates a positive attitude and mindfulness. As naturalist John Burroughs stated, “I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put in order.”

Boosted Immune System

A study conducted in Japan in 2010 asked a group of individuals to camp outside for three days and two nights. Researchers discovered that white blood cell activity increased resulting in white blood cell production. These types of cells kill illnesses, such as cold and flu viruses, and other common infections, so take your daily dose of Mistify and head outside!

Improved Mental Health

Globally, about 350 million people struggle with depression and one in the three people deal with anxiety. Scientists at Stanford University published a study in Proceeding of the National Academy of Science that shows those who walked in a natural setting opposed to an urban setting had decreased activity in the subgenual prefrontal cortex, a region of the brain that focuses repeatedly on negative emotions. Many medical professionals are now suggesting nature therapy as part of prescribed mental health regimens.

The benefits of spending time outdoors are overwhelming and life-altering, so put on your hiking shoes, go birdwatching, take a dip in a lake, or relax at a campground with family and friends. It doesn’t matter what activity you choose, just make sure to take advantage of the warm seasons and claim the natural benefits the outdoors has to offer.

Synergy WorldWide will begin implementing a protocol in Europe that is currently active in all other Synergy markets around the globe. This protocol will automatically change a Team Member’s status to Preferred Customer if he or she has not ordered any product within a six month “drop period.”

This new protocol with give Team Members a clear view of who is active and inactive in their organizations. It will help Team Members focus their efforts on those who are building and follow up with others who are not.

The first status transition will occur on July 1, 2016. On this day, Team Members who have 0 CV in Synergy orders from January 1 to June 30 will become Preferred Customers.

Moving forward, the drop periods are as follows:
January 1 (drop day) – June 30
July 1 (drop day) – December 31

GRACE PERIODS

January and July (the months following the drop days) will be considered grace periods. This means that Team Members can easily change their status back to Team Member after being transitioned to Preferred Customer by making a simply phone call to Synergy Customer Service.

REACTIVATING AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD

Those who wait until after the grace period to reactivate from Preferred Customer to Team Member will need to submit an official request to Customer Service via email.

If you haven’t placed an order since January 1 and want to remain an active Synergy Team Member, make sure to submit an order before the July 1 drop date! If you have further questions, please contact Customer Service.
