On their path to Pearl Executive, Elfriede and Karl Tappauf of Austria have made it their personal mission to make the life of every individual they come in contact with more enjoyable and gratifying.

Through the unique opportunity to change a person’s life through not only the products, but the business model, Elfriede and Karl have opened the eyes of many Synergy Team Members to lasting happiness through health and security.

They build their team and share Synergy products by finding five new “Synergy friends,” as Elfriede calls them. Once this is accomplished, she sets out to meet the friends of her “Synergy friends.” This greatly increases her business and social circles.

This couple knows how to serve their team and functions on the same principles that any reputable Customer Service department would, which is what Elfriede calls “high-intensity support.”

Elfriede and Karl said they owe a big thank you to their sponsor Alois Spicak who gave them an opportunity their family of six could never have imagined.

As a mother, Elfriede felt like many other mothers may feel about finding work that’s flexible.

“I need to have my family and my profession under one roof,” Elfriede said. “I needed work that allowed me to make my own schedule, my own hours and gave me a perspective on the bigger picture beyond the career itself. Synergy fills all of these employment requirements I set for myself.”

Elfriede and Karl have used inspiration from strong leaders to push them toward the Pearl Executive title. People like Double Presidentials Dianne Leavitt and Mark Comer, Emerald Executive Bart Woodcook and General Manager Erich Dengg are Elfriede’s role models. They have supported, motivated and mentored her through all of the ups and downs.

“During the course of our time with Synergy, we’ve developed large teams composed of strong leaders,” Elfriede said. “Many thanks to our teams for their unshakable faith and passion for Synergy WorldWide. I love this company.”

"In order to achieve more you have to be more," is a quote that Germany’s new Pearl Executives Susanne and Thorsten Kupske live by.

Susanne and Thorsten operate under the name SK Powermarketing, and powerful they are.

Susanne swore she would never join another network marketing company again, but this was before she met top leader Hakan Cetin. Despite Susanne’s deep skepticism, Hakan’s pitch about Synergy WorldWide intrigued her.

“When Dan Higginson came to Germany for the first time I realized that Synergy was the missing puzzle piece in my life. I found my home the day I met him,” Susanne said.

Synergy’s groundbreaking products won Susanne and her husband Thorsten over. ProArgi-9+ renewed the couple’s quality of life and they are currently seeing quick results with the newly launched SLMsmart Meal Replacement.

Susanne’s enthusiasm for Synergy products was brimming after taking ProArgi-9+ for a short while, and she ventured out to share the products with others. Over time, Susanne has proved to be an outstanding leader and wakes up each morning with the aspiration to be a better person that day than she was the day before.

The strength that Susanne and Thorsten have help them manage an international team, even at a moment’s notice.

"Stable businesses have satisfied customers, active partners and personal contact,” Susanne said. “We use modern communication platforms, such as private Facebook groups, teleconferences and webinars.”

Both Susanne and Thorsten believe that a sound business also requires individuals who make a long-term commitment to the Autoship program. This creates regular cash flow which ensure stability. Find people who will commit to the products, Susanne said, and financial success will follow.

Susanne and Thorsten have benefited from the support of many on their journey to Pearl Executive, including their sponsor Hakan Cetin, their faithful team and everyone at Synergy WorldWide headquarters.

"We hope those on our team learn to invest in themselves and take responsibility for their lives,” Susanne said. “Take action; don’t complain and wait. Go and do instead of looking for excuses and never, never, never give up!"

Over the years, Synergy WorldWide has taken Legacy Retreat qualifiers to relaxing havens all over the Western hemisphere, but in 2015 Synergy is sending qualifiers to the City of Gold – Dubai!

Mark your calendars for January 11-16, 2015! This Legacy Retreat will be more memorable than any before it.

If you haven’t qualified for this exclusive event yet, you still have November and December to earn enough points to attend. Many of you only need one or two more points to qualify!

Legacy Retreat First-Time Qualifications

First-time qualifiers who earn 10 Legacy Retreat points by December 31, 2014, will receive an invite to Dubai. Starting in 2014, you can now earn up to 4 points per month. Be on active Autoship each month and complete the following to earn points:

• Team Director: Personally sponsor one (paid as) Team Leader for 1 point or two (paid as) Team Leaders for 2 points
• Team Elite: Personally sponsor one (paid as) Team Leader for 2 points or two (paid as) Team Leaders for 3 points
• Pearl Executive: Personally sponsor one (paid as) Team Leader for 3 points or two (paid as) Team Leaders for 4 points

Remember, points roll over from year to year, so you may have already started accumulating points toward the 2015 Retreat.

Legacy Retreat Alumni Qualifications

If you have already attended a Legacy Retreat, you have the opportunity to requalify for the 2015 event. Legacy Retreat alumni qualifications may be met in one of three ways:

• Rank advance to a new executive level (Pearl and above) for the first time
• OR Pearl, Emerald, Diamond and Presidential Executives who are requalifying for the first time must maintain their highest pin title 3 out of 12 months in 2014
• OR Pearl, Emerald, Diamond and Presidential Executives who are requalifying an additional year after their first time must maintain their highest pin title 4 out of 12 months in 2014
• OR Double Presidential Executives must maintain their highest pin title 3 out of 12 months, or maintain the Presidential pin title 4 out of 12 months in 2014

The qualification and re-qualification time period is between January 1 and December 31, 2014.

NEW Legacy Retreat Elite VIP Package

Available only to Presidential Executives and above, Synergy’s VIP package elevates the Legacy Retreat experience from unique to extraordinary.

Qualified leaders will receive business class airfare, an upgraded suite for the duration of their Legacy Retreat stay, limo airport transfers, gifts, and an exclusive VIP dinner experience with Synergy’s executive team.

To qualify, the following criteria must be met during the qualification period:

• Achieve a new rank of Presidential or above for the first time
• OR be a qualified Legacy Retreat alumni and have one (1) personally sponsored Team Member qualify and attend Legacy Retreat for the first time the same year
• OR be a qualified Legacy Retreat alumni and maintain highest title 6 out of 12 months during the qualification period
