Netherlands warehouse speeding up shipment process!

Thousands of orders are processed through the Netherlands warehouse every month and we’ve come up with an improved autoship schedule that will make sure your product is processed and shipped in up to half the time that the system required before. By creating a new shipment schedule for each country serviced by the Netherlands warehouse, we will space out the days in which shipments go out, giving warehouse employees a bigger window to ship your orders on time.

If you are a Team Member or customer with orders scheduled through the Netherlands warehouse on the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th or 20th of the month, your order may be processed one or two days after your previously scheduled day. This change takes effect April 1, 2015.

Refer to the following schedule to see when your shipments will be processed each month in relation to the old shipping schedule. For example, if you live in the United Kingdom and have a shipment scheduled on the 15th of the month—according to the old schedule—your shipment will now be processed and shipped on the 16th of the month. Shipments on the 20th of the month will remain the same.
