Every month through August 2014, Synergy is giving away high-value hotel accommodations in Barcelona, Spain, during the most exciting event of the year. The Summit will bring Europe’s Team Members together under one roof for a celebration to remember. 

The Top 2 winners each month are awarded with a 2-night stay at the five-star Princess Sofia Hotel in Barcelona during the Summit. We wanted to give you a chance to get to know each of our top winners thus far: 

Dr. Aneel Bhatia is a urologist of 20 years who recently signed up with Synergy in November of 2013.  He rank advanced to Silver in January and, as a medical professional, is confident that people from all walks of life can benefit from Synergy products. He graduated from medical school in 1994 in Karachi, Pakistan, and moved to his current residence in Dublin, Ireland, in 2001. The Barcelona Summit will be Dr. Bhatia’s first experience at a Synergy event of this caliber. He hopes the event will give him the professional knowledge and training he needs to continue sharing the power of Synergy products with everyone he comes in contact with.

Boštjan Pilej and Irena Kladivar from Ljubljana, Slovenia, make up Team Manager duo Team EBALI. They have been a part of Synergy Slovenia since the beginning, and have been greatly influential in Synergy’s growth throughout Central Europe.  Boštjan has spent much of his career in marketing, while Irena has background in Law. Together, they are now spreading Synergy’s message of physical and financial health to the world. Boštjan and Irena walked across the Global Summit stage in 2013 waving the Slovenian flag shortly after the official launch of their market. This will be the second Europe Summit event they attend, and they cannot wait for the product launches and distinguished speakers. Their team members are already earning their points in ongoing Barcelona Promotion.

Guiseppe Lucio is a network marketing veteran who just recently made the switch to Synergy in February of 2014 and wasted no time in building his business. He quickly rank advanced to Team Manager in one week—a Synergy record! This is his first time attending a Summit event, and he is most eager to feel the excitement and energy that builds when so many Synergy Team Members join together in celebration. He hopes to share his passion for Synergy with those he meets at the Summit and help them develop their dreams.

Päivi Nevari was in a place in her life with unlimited opportunities. She received her MBA in Finland, spent 25 years working in her family’s retail stores, then a few more years taking care of her mother, and suddenly found she had the freedom to choose the direction her life would take from there. She chose Synergy. When she started using Synergy products she saw the quality of her health increase drastically. Now, her objective in life is to educate everyone she knows on the powerful effects ProArgi-9+. This is just as important to her as selling the products. This will be Päivi’s first Summit, and she can’t wait to attend meetings where she can hear new Synergy success stories and meet Synergy-minded people from Finland and abroad.

Remember, in my GM message last month I said there has never been as many rewards on the table for Synergy Western Europe as there is right now, particularly with the following promotions:

Well, on top of this is the opportunity for you to qualify for Team Manager Academy at the sumptuous Interalpen Hotel in Tyrol, which is nestled in the Austrian Alps. As 2013 qualifiers Jeremy Townsend, Stella O'Shea and Mariano & Marilo Del Castillo can attest, here you will experience the epitome of Austria’s scenic beauty while receiving leadership training to propel your Synergy business forward. As great an experience as it was last year, I want even more Team Members from the UK, Ireland and Spain to qualify for this fantastic trip in June. 

Inviting New Team Leaders!

We have made it even easier to attend TMA with the inclusion of a Team Leader qualification as part of our New Title Reward Bonus! This is just for the UK, Ireland and Spain; no other Synergy market has this promotion. Whilst new Team Manager's will be able to enjoy an all-expenses-paid trip, those who advance their business to the title of Team Leader for the first time, and hold it one other month, between Feb and May, 2014, will also qualify for the trip.

There are many of you in the UK, Ireland and Spain who are currently either Silver, Gold, Team Leader or above who can qualify to be at TMA this year, so long as you make it a non-negotiable goal. In other words, you are going to keep working hard, building your business and do what you need to do to ensure you don't miss this invaluable event!

So, in order to qualify for Team Manager Academy 2014 you must:    
  • Rank advance to Team Leader for the first time and hold it for one additional month between February and May 2014 (you just pay for your flights)
  • Rank advance to Team Manager for the first time between February and May 2014 (all-expenses-paid) OR 
  • As a sponsor, have a personally sponsored Team Manager qualify for TMA and hold the Team Manager title (you just pay for your flights) OR
  • Rank advance past your previous highest rank if you attended last year’s TMA (you just pay for your flights)
Team Manager Academy will start off with an indulgent welcome dinner. The following day, Team Members will enjoy attending inspirational meetings filled with dynamic trainings from leaders and corporate guests. Additionally, attendees will also take part in a fun team building activity that will challenge your leadership and cooperation skills, while building camaraderie and friendships.

Legacy Retreat 2015 Announced with New Qualifications

Over the years, Synergy has taken you to relaxing havens all over the Western hemisphere, but in 2015 we are changing up locations and making it even easier for you to qualify!

Get ready for Legacy Retreat in Dubai — January 11-16, 2015

New Legacy Retreat First-Time Qualifications

Earn 10 Legacy Retreat points by December 31, 2014 and you’ll qualify for Dubai. Starting in 2014, you can now earn up to 4 points per month. Be on active Autoship each month and complete the following to earn points:
  • Team Director: Personally sponsor one (paid as) Team Leader for 1 point or two (paid as) Team Leaders for 2 points
  • Team Elite: Personally sponsor one (paid as) Team Leader for 2 points or two (paid as) Team Leaders for 3 points
  • Pearl Executive: Personally sponsor one (paid as) Team Leader for 3 points or two (paid as) Team Leaders for 4 points
Remember, points roll over from year to year, so you may have already started accumulating points toward the 2015 Retreat.

New Legacy Retreat Alumni Qualifications

If you have already attended a Legacy Retreat, you have the opportunity to re-qualify to join us in 2015. Legacy Retreat alumni qualifications may be met in one of three ways:
  • Rank advance to a new executive level (Pearl and above) for the first time
  • OR maintain your highest pin title at or above Pearl for 3 out of 12 months for first-time requalification, then adding an additional month each requalifying year – maxing out at 10 out of 12 months.
  • OR for Double Presidential and above, maintain highest pin title 3 out of 12 months or maintain Presidential pin title 3 out of 12 months for first time requalification, then adding an additional month each requalifying year – maxing out at 10 out of 12 months.
Note: All re-qualifying alumni, regardless of how many times you have attended Legacy Retreat in the past, will need to maintain their highest pin title 4 out of 12 times to qualify in 2015. Double Presidential Executives can still qualify by maintaining their highest title 3 out of 12 months or by maintaining the Presidential pin title 4 out of 12 months.

The qualification and re-qualification time period is between January 1 and December 31 of each year.

NEW Legacy Retreat Elite VIP Package

Available only to Presidential Executives and above, Synergy’s VIP package elevates the Legacy Retreat experience from unique to extraordinary.

Qualified leaders will receive business class airfare, an upgraded suite for the duration of their Legacy Retreat stay, limo airport transfers, gifts, and an exclusive VIP dinner experience with Synergy’s executive team.

To qualify, the following criteria must be met during the qualification period:
  • Achieve a new rank of Presidential or above for the first time
  • OR be a qualified Legacy Retreat alumni and have one (1) personally sponsored Team Member qualify and attend Legacy Retreat for the first time the same year
  • OR be a qualified Legacy Retreat alumni and maintain highest title 6 out of 12 months during the qualification period

Founder’s Club Recap

Many of our Team Members from Synergy Spain, Ireland and UK, worked hard to qualify for an amazing Founder’s Club retreat in the United States. Those efforts proved worthwhile, and the retreat was a fantastic experience! Qualifiers flew to Salt Lake City and gathered at Synergy WorldWide’s corporate headquarters in Utah. They were welcomed by staff, embraced by the Executive Team, guided through tours and given trainings on the Synergy Advantage.

Retreat qualifiers were then taken to the product facility just minutes south of the corporate offices. There, they saw Synergy’s state-of-the-art laboratories and manufacturing processes. They learned the steps Synergy takes to ensure the quality of each product. Truly, the commitment to safe, pure, potent products was evident throughout this educational tour.

This trip was more than educational, however, and the group made each moment a fun one to remember. They hit the road, traveling a few short hours south for a Las Vegas adventure. Swimming pools, buffets and rollercoasters high above the city were just a few of the weekend’s activities. The group also witnessed the famous “O” show performed by the Cirque de Soleil.

“It was a real pleasure to have these leaders come visit us here in Utah,” remarked Synergy President Dan Norman. “It’s encouraging to see what great leaders we have representing our company overseas. I’d also like to thank them for being such gracious guests. Many of them came with gifts and kind words, and on behalf of the corporate staff here in Utah I sincerely want to say thank you.”

U.S. Daylight Savings Hours

In the United States, Daylight Savings Time will begin this Sunday, March 9. From March 10 - March 29, Synergy Customer Service Hours will be from 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM. We will resume our traditional Customer Service hours of 12:00 - 9:00 PM on Monday, March 31.
