The 2014 Team Manager Academy will be held at the Interalpen Hotel, nestled in the Austrian Alps. As all those who have attended in the past can attest, here you will experience the epitome of Austria’s scenic beauty while receiving leadership training to help you excel in your Synergy business.

In order to qualify for Team Manager Academy you must:
  • Rank advance to Team Manager for the first time between June 2013 and May 2014  – OR –
  • As a sponsor, have a personally sponsored Team Member qualify for TMA and hold the Team Manager title  – OR –
  • Rank advance past your previous highest rank if you attended last year’s TMA.
Team Manager Academy will start off with an appetizing welcome dinner. The following day, Team Members will enjoy attending inspirational meetings filled with dynamic trainings from leaders and corporate guests. Additionally, attendees will also take part in a fun team building activity that will challenge your leadership and cooperation skills, while building camaraderie and friendships.

There isn’t a better time to approach your warm market than when you are gathered together with family and friends to celebrate the festive season. Family dinners, parties and get-togethers quickly fill the blank spaces in your calendar in December. But with the right focus, hard work and a little bit of creativity, December can be “the most wonderful time of the year” for your business too! I have worked with lots of successful distributors who have had huge success growing their business in December. So, take advantage of the parties and events that only crop up during this time and use them to talk about Synergy’s life-changing V3 System and the opportunity to be financially free.

It’s a business, so don’t take a month off!

To ensure this time of year is merry and bright, one of the best things you can do is keep building your business through December. One of the keys to success in Synergy is consistency. Though it may be tempting to take extra time off for cooking and baking, caroling and shopping, make sure you schedule plenty of time for building your business. Never put your business on hold; dinner parties and get-togethers are great places to grow your contact list. Your contact list is the life-blood of your Synergy business and you need to always be adding names!

Have a sense of urgency

Because this time of the year can be so busy, give a sense of urgency to those you approach. Without that urgency, potential customers may choose to postpone looking at Synergy until the new year. If you don’t give them a sense of urgency you will miss out on the step up that extra business could give you in January. January is a very active, important month in your Synergy business. But, December’s a great time to get your business started so when the floodgates open in January, you’re ready to crank up your business growth. Building your business in December allows you to be ahead of the game! (can this in bold also be a pull-out quote)

Give a life-changing gift this Christmas

As receipts for gifts, food, decorations and travel pile up, everyone feels the pressure and stress, financially. Synergy is Open in Italy!

Synergy WorldWide launched in Italy this week, which means Italian Team Members can start ordering product and earning commission!


View the Italian “How to Do Business” document for a list of helpful links and information that will get you started as a customer or distributor in Italy.

Click the links below to access the Italian Getting Started form and Country Change Form. You will also find contact information and VAT/shipping rates in the How To Do Business in Italy document.


Italian Team Members who are activating for the first time need to fill out the Getting Started form. Italian Team Members who activated in a country that is not Italy need to fill out the Getting Started form and write “Country Change” at the top of the form. These Team Members should use the ID# they were given when they enrolled and include their Italian location details when filling out this form.

Craft the Perfect Elevator Pitch

You have 30 seconds to tell me why Synergy WorldWide has the products and business opportunity for me. Ready, go.

While scrambling for what to say, you will probably mention the product quality, generous compensation plan, incredible leaders and exciting events. After exceeding your 30-second time limit, you might remember that you didn’t mention Synergy’s promotions or its service projects. You may have also left out what Synergy products are actually formulated to do.

Do you feel like you are shoving the entire circus into a clown car? Well, you aren’t the only one. It’s almost impossible to nail an elevator pitch without preparation.

Crafting an elevator pitch is a lot like writing the thesis of an essay. You want to give your audience a succinct description of your topic, combining a few key elements to give them a general idea of the company’s goals, all while setting yourself apart from other company’s pitches and making your audience care about the idea or product you are selling.

Now, it’s time to start drafting. Use these six tips to give your elevator pitch the hook it needs.
